Refund policy
We do not currently accept returns due to the nature of our products.
Damages and Wrong Items- Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges- We currently do not accept exchanges.
Melted Items- We cannot refund or replace melted items if you are ordering in the middle of Summer, or the outside temperature is above 28 degrees. This is noted at checkout when you place your order and by checking the box you have agreed to this. We also cannot refund items that have melted due to a parcel sitting out after being delivered. Once a parcel has been delivered, it is your property so you must arrange for it to be delivered carefully. We ask for signatures on all parcels to avoid this happening. We place ice packs and use bubble wrap in all orders to try and prevent melting.
BB Dates- All items passed their BB date will be on sale or go into our monthly clearance boxes. If you believe you have purchased an item passed its BB date that was not on sale, please contact us and we can rectify this issue.
